At A Time When Our Planet Is Warming Due To Climate Change, The Last Thing Our Environment Needs Is More Drilling. What We Need Is For Congress And The White House To Move Toward Clean Energy Such As Solar, Wind And Geothermal.

The American People Want To Raise The Minimum Wage. Every Poll Tells Us That. That Bill Will Not Get To The Floor Of The Senate. The American People Want To Ask The Rich To Pay More In Taxes. But The Legislation That Will Get To The Floor Is Tax Breaks For Billionaires.

I Do Not Accept The Belief That The United States Of America And Our Government Can't Stand Up To The Ripoffs Of The Pharmaceutical Industry Which Charge Us By Far The Highest Prices In The World For Prescription Drugs.

Black People Are Dying In This Country Because We Have A Criminal Justice System Which Is Out Of Control, A System In Which Over 50% Of Young African American Kids Are Unemployed. It Is Estimated That A Black Baby Born Today Has A One In Four Chance Of Ending Up In The Criminal Justice System.
