Sometimes People Are Only Too Anxious To Sacrifice Their Constitutional Liberties During A Crisis, Hoping To Gain Some Measure Of Security. Yet Nothing Would Please Terrorists More Than If We Willingly Gave Up Our Cherished Liberties Because Of Their Actions.
