We Owe Them Enormous Debts Of Gratitude. It Is Not Easy To Stand Up For What Is Right, Especially When Everyone Else Is Afraid To Leave The Comfortable Path Of Conformity.

I've Been Encouraging Documentary Filmmakers To Use More And More Humor, And They're Loath To Do That Because They Think If It's A Documentary It Has To Be Deadly Serious - It Has To Be Like Medicine That You're Supposed To Take. And I Think It's What Keeps The Mass Audience From Going To Documentaries.

They Are Possibly The Dumbest People On The Planet... We Americans Suffer From An Enforced Ignorance. We Don't Know About Anything That's Happening Outside Our Country. Our Stupidity Is Embarrassing.
